- In-depth knowledge of Finance accounting modules
- Expertise in Supplier & Customer Accounts/Contracts
- Proficiency in Workday Report
Responsibilities:
- Finance Functional Solutions: Provide subject matter expertise in finance functional solutions for various modules, with expert knowledge in core finance accounting.
- Workday Financials: Ensure cohesive work streams and mitigate cross-functional impacts using Workday Financials solutions.
- Module Knowledge: Utilize Workday Financial module knowledge in finance accounting, supplier & customer accounts, financial reporting, and planning.
- Business Needs Translation: Understand business needs for finance accounting and translate them into Workday solutions, including configuring BP, security setups, data conversion, testing, and reports.
- Certification: Preferably hold Workday finance functional certification (Record to Report Workday certification).
- Best Practices: Advise clients on industry standards and best practices for Workday projects and AMS/support.
- Development Methodologies: Understand and apply Workday application development methodologies (Plan, Design, Test and Deployment, Post-production support).
- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
- Collaboration: Work with business teams/SMEs to identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures.
- Innovation: Support innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods.
Required Skills:
- Workday HCM: Experience with Payroll & Benefits.
- Workday Security: Proficient in Workday security configurations.
